Reservations and purchase of tickets:
For advance ticket purchase the official Village Scene Productions box office for 5th edition of HARVEST is through PRIAPE.
Available as of T.B.A. Check on the conditions of the various prices: advance purchase, group rates, special prices for full time students, seniors +60 and members of: QDF. It is the clients responsibility to take note of their confirmation when making their reservations.

Same day sales: Tickets may also be purchased at the Harvest venue box office one hour prior to the first performance scheduled that day, or one hour prior to show time of any performance. Tickets are first come first served, cash only purchases. A $1.00 service charge applies to each ticket in addition to the ticket price. This applies to all performances held during Harvest.
Harvest tickets prices: Ticket cost varies from as low as $10. for some reduced rate prices to as high as $25. per person regular prices. Discounts can be offered to children under -14 accommpanied by an adult, for students (fulltime with curent valid I.D.) and seniors aged 60+. The price includes all taxes. A $1.00 service charge for cash payments is added to the cost of each ticket at the time of sale when purchased at the Harvest box office. All tickets are considered 'final sale' and are not refundable or exchangeable for any reason. Payment in cash only at the venue box office. Seats are general seating, first come - first served basis unless otherwise indicated.
HARVEST PASSES: Harvest has two types of multi-show passes available in limited quantities through the V.S.P. production and venue box office only: The Half-Rainbow pass for three (3) shows for $45. (Includes tax and box office service charges.) The Rainbow pass for six (6) shows for $85. (Includes tax and service charges.) Passes are available for purchase only through the VSP production office or at the Harvest venue box office, (514) 656-3420 or tickets@villagescene.com.
Group ticket purchases: Ask about the special rates available for groups of +10 people per performance. There are special rates available for companies and community organizations for purchase in bulk blocks of tickets. Organize our own event for your group by attending a production and make it a holiday season party outing. Arrangements must be made directly through the V.S.P. production office for all bulk, group and special rates, (514) 656-3420 or tickets@villagescene.com.
Special events: are often free entrance to the public with no cover charge. However, donations to the festival at the door are encouraged and gratefully appreciated. There are no advance reservations necessary for these events unless otherwise indicated. Seating where applicable is first come - first served. Where tickets are sold for special events normal box office proceedures apply unless otherwise indicated in the festival program.
NOTICE:
Pre-reserved ticket pickup: Tickets which are not are not pre-paid and collected 10 minutes before the beginning of the performance will be made available for sale to the public which is present and waiting on a priority bases when a performance is sold out.
Limited seating capacity: Applies to some of the performance spaces used during the Harvest. We recommend you reserve and pay ahead, and then pick up your tickets in advance to avoid being disappointed and miss the performance of your choice.
Age categories: Applies to some productions. These are to be used as guidlines for the patron only. It is the responsibility of the person who purchased the ticket to verify the age restrictions or recommendations for the production before they purchase the ticket. As a general policy VSP recommends that every audience member under the age of -16 be accommpanied by an adult.
Latecomers: Are generally allowed in 10 to 15 minutes only for all shows, unless otherwise indicated in the program schedule. Latecomers will be seated in the section reserved for latecomers so as not to disturb the rest of the audience during the performance. It is the patrons responsability to verify the start time and duration of a performance as indicated on their ticket and in the festival program schedule.
